Persian Horizon is hiring a Sales Training Manager to raise the performance of our sales team across the entire sales cycle — from prequalification to deal closure.
This role is for someone who has personally sold, negotiated, and closed deals, and can now transfer that execution discipline into a scalable training system.
This is not a classroom or HR role.
Your mandate is simple: make salespeople close better and faster.
What You Will OwnEnd-to-end sales training and execution standards across the team
Lead qualification and filtering
Discovery and pitch structure
Negotiation and closing
Call listening
Deal reviews
Role plays based on real pipelines
Building and enforcing:
Sales scripts and frameworks
Closing standards
Working closely with:
Head of Sales (performance gaps)
Contracts & Deal Execution team (closure readiness)
Supporting underperformers with targeted improvement plans
Tracking training impact on:
Conversion rates
Who This Role Is ForStrong background in direct sales, investment sales, real estate, or high-ticket B2B
Experience training, coaching, or leading sales teams in performance-driven environments
Comfortable challenging salespeople and enforcing standards
Clear, practical communicator — no theory, no fluff
Experience working in Dubai or similar high-pressure markets preferred
What This Role Is NotNot an HR or Learning & Development role
