We are looking for Sales & Logistic coordinator for our Umm Al Quwain Plant - الإمارات العربية المتحدة. المنصب is to restrict for UAE Nationals only. This role is a pivotal المنصب working with both Sales & Operations teams to facilitate efficient order processing and fulfilment while providing additional customer management and support.

• Receive Sales/work orders from the sales dept., Process them to production team for Planning & scheduling deliveries, Prepare & update Orders' Planned Production/Dispatch reports,
• Follow-up with Sale team, clients, Forwarders, & Custom clearance agents for deliveries locally and, outside the الدولة,
• Prepare Shipping Documents & related certificates,
• Report Production/Delivery service level periodically,
• Prepare the Measurement reports for scoring quality level “ISO 9001”,
• Assist whenever needed there is extra requirement/tasks from all departments: Sales, Purchase/Logistic, Operations/Production & the Group top Management.
• Prepare الشركة's official Applications, and, documentations for civil defence and other government authorities
• Prepare operation report as request (service tracker, planning control sheet, Monthly Measurement identification sheet)
• University degree and 1 to 3-years’ experience, or a bachelor’s degree
• Driving license
• Arabic and English fluency
• Microsoft office
