Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Executive will build and manage a portfolio of clients interested in UX and business design services, including advisory projects, workshops, and resource deployment. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting client meetings, and preparing tailored presentations and proposals. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating closely with design and operations teams to shape solutions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, represent Madafu Designs at industry events, and contribute to sales forecasts and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis and translate client requirements into suitable UX and business design service offerings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic sales analytics for forecasting and performance tracking.
- Experience in consulting, design, technology, or related professional services environments is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated, target-oriented approach with a focus on building long‑term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
- Eligibility and willingness to work on‑site in UAE.
