Regional Marketing Manager – EEMENA

الموقع: الإمارات العربية المتحدة – Dubai : Ubora Tower2. The role is based in Abbott Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Diseases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for local markets, especially KSA, Egypt, بولندا and Czechia.
• Create local commercial, marketing and promotional plans, aligning with regional and global plans.
• Track and deliver execution of marketing initiatives; manage local promotional plans (exhibitions, symposia, collateral, sales tools, digital and PR content).
• Partner with the EEMENA Launch Excellence Manager on product launch projects; develop business and launch plans.
• Manage marketing expenses budget, collaborating with commercial and finance heads.
• Map customer segments, conduct focus group meetings and surveys; analyze product features, utilization, customer insights, competitor intelligence, and market dynamics (PESTLE).
• Participate in strategy alignment and sales effectiveness activities; roll‑out marketing plans and sales tactics at sales meetings.
• Track performance, monitor business figures, and take actions to improve results; support local sales forces in field to win key accounts.
• Collaborate with Commercial Director, Finance, ID/Sales Scientific Liaison and Medical Affairs for pricing, training and relationship management with clinical experts.
• Conduct business analysis and monitor key performance indicators; oversee training needs and deployment.
• Engage in ad‑hoc regional and special projects.

Requirements

• Acts ethically and professionally, representing الشركة values.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM and other office tools.
• Natural inspirational leader with cross‑functional team energizing skills.
• Strong focus on customer value and balanced strategic/tactical approach.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information, including clinical concepts, statistics and outcomes.
• Fast learner with positive, collaborative mindset.
• Travel up to 40% of the time (nationally and internationally) and field support 30% of the time.
• Minimum 7 years marketing experience in diagnostics or related healthcare area; infectious diseases knowledge is an asset.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems in regional and local markets.
• Proven marketing and sales success, both strategic and tactical, with results delivery in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Master or equivalent in Marketing or Biological Sciences preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional regional languages a plus; full proficiency in largest الدولة local language.
• Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, SAP, Concur, Workday, WebEx or equivalents considered an asset.
