About the Client

Job Description
  • Ensure all guest and resident amenities are maintained to exceptional luxury standards at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections, water testing, and stock replenishment across pools, gyms, and spa facilities.
  • Manage towel supply, collection, and coordination of laundering services.
  • Support wellness activities and events through timely setup and breakdown of equipment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end residential environment
  • Basic AV system knowledge (cinema rooms, sound systems, screens, equipment setup)
  • Well‑groomed, presentable, and professional appearance, aligned with luxury service standards
  • Friendly, proactive, and confident in assisting residents with amenities and facilities
