Reception Duties
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk by answering incoming calls, screening, and directing them appropriately.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and office area.
  • Coordinate refreshments when required for meetings
  • Asist team with any items / documents that need to be couriered nationally / internationally
Administrative Support to Office Manager
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Support the Office Manager administrative support.
  • Assist visiting guests with logistics and office needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all external parties
  • Assist office manager co-ordinate the collection and return of samples with suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Assist office manager with sample clear-outs in the material library and maintain sampledisplay neatly.
