Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Videographer/Photographer for our Real Estate sister الشركة. The ideal candidate will bring properties to life through compelling visuals, showcasing luxury real estate properties with creativity, precision, and a high level of professionalism. This role requires expertise in video production, photography, and graphic design, paired with a keen artistic sensibility to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand’s luxurious appeal and attracts high-end clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Photography & Videography:
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of luxury real estate properties, focusing on unique architectural features, interior design, and lifestyle elements.
Produce virtual tours, property walk-throughs, and highlight reels that showcase properties in an immersive and engaging manner.
Ensure lighting, comالمنصب, and framing are optimized to highlight the property’s best attributes and luxurious aesthetics.
Video Production & Editing:
Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content, ensuring a polished final product that aligns with our brand's upscale image.
Apply post-production techniques, including color grading, sound mixing, and special effects, to create impactful visuals that attract luxury real estate clients.
Maintain an organized workflow from pre-production to final delivery, managing deadlines effectively.
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Design visually appealing marketing assets, including property brochures, social media posts, and online ads, with a consistent luxury aesthetic.
Use graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to create high-quality digital and print assets that support marketing campaigns and enhance brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with brand messaging and target audience expectations.
Visual Strategy:
Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, conceptualizing themes, styles, and visual storytelling that resonates with high-end clients.
Stay updated on luxury real estate trends and innovative visual techniques to enhance property presentations.
