Product Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop new products and enhance existing products.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to transform our client‑end product experience.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams to define and execute strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with partners in the organisation to define priorities, plan projects and design approaches.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by contributing subject matter expertise in the areas of design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research and user behaviour.
  • Demonstrate strong product instincts, technical knowledge and obsession for the consumer to create and drive the roadmap for our products.
  • Use data and deep customer insights to pose and answer key questions and drive product vision and strategy.
  • Own the entire design and development process and manage projects end‑to‑end.
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration in a matrixed, cross‑functional team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience building client‑facing control panels, dashboards and/or commerce/classified products.
  • Experience with managing products for B2B clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast‑paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
  • Know how to take ideas, define products and ship features.
  • Knowledge of property portals.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
  • Exhibition of great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand problems with clarity and discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to establish goals and expectations for services required.
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Skilled at design process and facilitation.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
