Job Purpose: To manage procurement activities with a focus on supplier sourcing, market analysis, and coordination with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers (especially international)
  • Lead supplier engagement and approach new suppliers
  • Communicate and follow up with international suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and negotiations
  • Prepare and issue RFQs
  • Perform quotation analysis and evaluation
  • Maintain and manage supplier database and procurement records
  • Collect and review supporting documents (e.g., supplier declarations, certificates of origin, الشركة information)
  • Perform basic supplier due diligence (الشركة verification, registration checks, document review)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and supplier management skills
  • Ability to perform market analysis in international markets
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
