Job DescriptionWe're looking for a recent graduate to join our Pricing team in Dubai. You'll work on real pricing and business problems — the kind that don't have a clean answer when they land on your desk. You'll structure them, dig into the data, and come back with a recommendation.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain pricing dashboards that track inventory health, market competitiveness, and GM performance across our active portfolio.
Run competitive intelligence analyses, structuring and interpreting pricing data from the market.
Write and optimize SQL queries (BigQuery & Postgres) to extract, clean, and validate data from our production databases.
Develop models in Google Sheets or Python to support pricing decisions on a daily basis.
Support in cleaning the data and updating daily, weekly and monthly pricing reports.
Prototype AI‑assisted workflows using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) to automate repetitive analytical tasks.
Collaborate with Supply, Sales, and Commercial teams to align pricing signals with business targets.
Tools You’ll UseGoogle Sheets, Google Slides.
SQL and data analysis (BigQuery preferred).
AI tools for analysis and productivity (Claude, ChatGPT).
Python is a plus.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Recent graduate (within the الأخير 12 months) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or other quantitative/analytical fields.
Strong academic record: GPA 3.5+ / الأول Class Honours / Distinction.
Comfortable being dropped into ambiguous, unstructured business problems and turning them into clear recommendations.
Strong analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity, you ask the right questions before reaching for tools.
Clear communicator: you can explain complex ideas in a simple, structured way, both in writing and in front of a panel.
Proactive and detail‑oriented, comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
What We ValueOwnership mindset: you identify problems, take responsibility, and push them to resolution without being asked twice.
Track record of going beyond the bar: hackathons won, a startup or club you founded, academic competitions with recognition, personal projects with real traction, or leadership roles in student organizations.
Ability to learn fast, operate with limited guidance, and navigate ambiguity.
