Merchandiser job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This المنصب offers a salary of 900 AED and is open to non-nationals as well.

The Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandising process from sourcing to order management. The successful candidate will need to be organized, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Source and select products to meet customer needs and demands
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure profitability
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary
• Develop promotional campaigns, such as discounts, offers, or competitions, to attract customers
• Create reports on sales figures, customer preferences, stock control etc.
• Liaise with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the الشركة’s goals
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers in order to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations
• Proven negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
