We are supporting a PMC in Dubai with the appointment of an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a luxury hotel development.

This is a client-facing role, responsible for managing all MEP elements of the project from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background delivering hotel or hospitality projects and be comfortable working in a high-quality, design-led environment.

• Proven experience delivering hotel / hospitality projects
• Background working for a PMC or consultancy
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire & life safety systems
• Experience coordinating consultants and managing MEP contractors
• Confident reviewing technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Lead all MEP activities on behalf of the client
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Oversee site execution, quality control, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure MEP works align with programme, budget, and design intent
• Act as the main MEP point of contact for the client team

This role would suit someone who is technically strong, well-organised, and experienced in delivering high-end hospitality projects within a professional consultancy environment.
