We are seeking an experienced Media Relations Lead with a strong background in the UAE media landscape and solid relationships with regional and international media outlets. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, preferably within PR agencies, and a proven ability to manage media engagement, shape narratives, and secure high-impact coverage across local, regional, and global platforms.

• Develop and implement strategic media relations plans aligned with client and organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE media outlets, regional media, and international media organizations.
• Identify and secure high-value media opportunities, including interviews, op-eds, features, and TV appearances.
• Draft and oversee press releases, media briefings, talking points, and media kits.
• Act as the primary point of contact for journalists, editors, and media stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and provide strategic insights and media analysis.
• Manage media engagement during high-profile events, announcements, and crisis situations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across communications channels.
• Support senior leadership in المنصبing and thought leadership opportunities in key media platforms.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in media relations, communications, or public relations.
• Previous experience in a PR agency is required.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape and established relationships with key journalists and editors.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive or high-profile media engagements.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

• Experience handling government, corporate, or high-profile clients.
• Strong understanding of media dynamics in the UAE and wider region.
