Job Summary

We are looking for technicians with experience in MEP, Tile Fixing & Painting. The candidate will specialize in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, tile installation and repair, and painting works to maintain and enhance properties for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. MEP Maintenance Perform routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, lighting, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures.
2. Tile Fixing Measure, cut, and install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces with precision. Repair and replace damaged tiles, ensuring proper alignment and aesthetic finish.
3. Painting Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required. Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
