Reports to: Managing Director – Wilo Middle East FZE

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team and support the organization across a wide range of legal matters. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and providing strategic legal advice to facilitate sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and commercial matters.
• Conduct legal research to support business decisions and regulatory compliance.
• Manage litigation processes and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); professional legal qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: 5–10 years of experience (manufacturing sector preferred), with exposure to regulatory compliance and dealings with government authorities.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, labor, and contractual law.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation and contract-drafting abilities.
• Languages:Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, along with strong English (both written and spoken).
