We’re looking for a Junior Reporter who’s passionate about lifestyle and entertainment and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced newsroom. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a hunger for uncovering great stories and a love for creating content across platforms—print, digital and social.
You’ll be part of a dynamic editorial team contributing to both online and print features, supporting editors in content creation and representing Whats On at events across the UAE.
ResponsibilitiesMotivate Media Group is the region’s leading multi‑platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions & events, cinema, books and OOH.

Required SkillsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in social media sales. Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes. Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
