TGRC is excited to partner with a rapidly expanding renewable energy and distributed energy platform operating across the Gulf region, focused on distributed C&I solar. The الشركة has recently been acquired by a leading global infrastructure fund and is now scaling operations, regional platform capabilities, governance, and investment activities across the UAE, المملكة العربية السعودية, and neighboring markets in the GCC, with a diversified portfolio spanning early-stage development to operating assets.

The Investment Director leads origination, structuring, valuation, and execution of renewable energy investments, including C&I solar and platform-level acquisitions for both development and operational portfolios.

Responsibilities

Deal Origination & Strategy

  • Identify new investment opportunities aligned with regional energy transition priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with developers, EPC providers, utilities, regulators, lenders, and technology partners.

Transaction Execution

  • Lead financial modelling, commercial valuation, scenario planning, and due diligence.
  • Oversee the full investment cycle from screening to investment committee approval.
  • Structure equity, debt, and hybrid financing for projects and platform expansions.

Post-Investment Value Creation

  • Guide performance improvement across operating assets—commercial optimization, operational efficiencies, ESG improvements, and refinancing.
  • Support bolt-on acquisition strategy and integration planning.

Team Leadership

  • Manage analysts and associates, providing transaction, modelling, and process oversight.
  • Coordinate with technical, legal, and asset management teams
Expectations
  • 10–15 years in project finance, M&A in renewable energy, infrastructure or power sector industries.
  • Proficient in leading and executing financial modelling, project financing and M&A with deep knowledge of renewable energy economics, cash-flow structures a proven deal track record in the GCC markets.
  • Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
