Indoor Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination, follow-ups, and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via calls and emails
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations and proposals
  • Identify business opportunities from leads and existing customers
  • Coordinate with operations teams for shipment execution
  • Maintain customer records and sales MIS reports
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of freight forwarding experience in the UAE (mandatory)
  • Experience handling Export / Import Sea Freight customers
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Good understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
