Job Description
  • Own total sales, revenue and profitability performance across the MEA region.
  • Develop and execute the regional growth strategy.
  • Manage and optimise distributor partnerships and route-to-market models.
  • Lead channel strategy across modern trade, traditional trade, foodservice, e-commerce channels.
  • Drive product portfolio decisions, localization initiatives and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Partner with marketing teams and agencies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Build, develop and lead a high-performing regional team.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable commercial growth.
The Successful Applicant

Key prerequisites for the role include:

  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG markets across MEA.
  • Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
  • Proven success managing distributors across multiple international markets.
  • Track record of driving growth and building brands in emerging markets.
  • Experience developing and executing regional commercial strategies.Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and retain top talent.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
