Founding Mobile Engineer

AI71 seeks a Founding Mobile Engineer to design mobile apps, integrate AI models, and lead development, with 5+ years' experience in mobile development and proficiency in Swift or Kotlin.

Working closely with our industry partners, our cross-functional teams of AI experts build products grounded in the cutting edge research of our colleagues from the Technology Innovation Institute (TII).

What You'll Do As the Founding Mobile Engineer, you will:

1. Build from Scratch: Design, develop, and launch our flagship mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
2. Architect Solutions: Define the technical architecture for cross-platform GenAI products, ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience.
3. Integrate AI Models: Work closely with our AI/ML team to integrate Generative AI models into the mobile experience, optimizing for performance and usability.
4. Lead Development: Own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including prototyping, coding, testing, and iteration.
5. Shape the Product: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product features and functionality.
6. Establish Standards: Set up best practices for mobile development, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and coding standards.
7. Grow the Team: Help build and mentor a world-class mobile engineering team as the الشركة scales.

What We're Looking For We're seeking a visionary engineer who is:

1. Experienced: 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development with a strong portfolio of iOS or Android applications. Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
2. AI-Savvy: Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into mobile applications, including working with APIs like TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, or ONNX.
3. A Builder: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with experience building products from the ground up.
4. Technically Strong: Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and platform-specific best practices.
5. User-Centric: Passionate about creating intuitive, delightful user experiences powered by advanced technology.
6. Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Innovative: Excited about the potential of Generative AI and eager to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Nice-to-Haves Experience with GenAI tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.Knowledge of backend systems and APIs to support mobile applications.Prior experience in a founding or early-stage startup role.
