Overview

DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, offers guests exceptional accommodations with stunning sea views, private balconies or terraces, and direct beach access. Known for its warm hospitality, the resort boasts a private white sandy beach, seven temperature-controlled pools, and a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. Guests can indulge in diverse culinary options with 13 on-site bars and restaurants, including specialty dining and entertainment venues. Families enjoy an array of activities, including a kids' club, outdoor playground, Pirate Boat Aqua Zone, and the largest water playground in the UAE.

This full-time, on-site role as a Food and Beverage Server is located in Ras Al Khaimah at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests efficiently, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The Food and Beverage Server will also assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere and an enjoyable dining experience for all guests while collaborating with the team to meet and exceed guest expectations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent guest relations and teamwork
• Experience in food & beverage service, including knowledge of menus and safe food handling practices
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail and maintaining high service standards
• Prior experience in the same standard hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude to meet guest expectations and adapt to dynamic work requirements
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
