The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of our organization, including processing tax invoices, reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate and timely payment scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all tax invoices from suppliers ensuring accuracy in a timely manner by verifying invoice details mathematical correctness proper supporting documentation contractor schedules with general ledger reconcile ensure accuracy transparency approved payments requests forward processed Treasury Payable department verify issued booked correct account heads monitor supplier daily monthly bank reconciliation ledgers ensure consistency identify resolve discrepancies promptly

• Calculate input output VAT transactions verifying correct rates amounts FTA regulations prepare comprehensive VAT summaries reconcile with general ledger forward completed Chief Accountant Accounts Manager review filing systematic organized archive VAT related documents support audits legal compliance issue tax clients Output receipt retail units admin charges ensure recording relevant account petty cash management process payment advance expenses verify bills book relevant accounts reconcile regularly address missing disputed payroll salaries accruals companies necessary adjustments booking period staff regular basis assist preparing audit samples internal external examine balances evaluate controls provide information accurately time
