Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Construction

Roomify Technical Services is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee residential and commercial fit-out projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor work quality, productivity, and progress to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain and control site inventory, including materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Verify material deliveries and maintain accurate site records.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Office, Project Managers, and Clients.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and الشركة procedures.
  • Attend site inspections, coordination meetings, and client meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out and construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and material management.
  • Experience with inventory control, reporting, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and WhatsApp reporting.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
