We are looking for a motivated individual who can join our maintenance immediately. You must be able to address common property issues such as electrical skills.

ELECTRICIAN

  • Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
  • Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
  • Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems
  • Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
