Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant.
• Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and maintain station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Understand and know how to use and maintain all station equipment properly.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or Kitchen Manager at any time.
• Prepare food: Meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold food items.
• Cover, date, and correctly store all food preparation items.
• Use food preparation tools following the manufacturer's instructions.
• Closing the kitchen correctly and following the closing protocol made per station.
