The Project Mace is delivering PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement and delivery on what is a multi-year assignment.

You ll Be Responsible For

• Directing and upholding Mace s safety first value, ensuring exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and compliance.
• Applying advanced technical expertise in local health and safety regulations across the project portfolio.
• Being a champion of diversity, inclusion, and well-being within the design team.
• Leading the design management sub-function, delivering business plan outcomes and strategic KPIs on time and within budget.
• Managing key client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Implementing design management systems and processes to meet statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Influencing long-term strategy and contributing to building a sustainable business future.
• Mentoring and developing the project teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Leverage internal networks and resources to drive innovation and best practices.
• Leading the recruitment, talent development, and support of career progression across the team.

You ll Need To Have

• A relevant degree qualification.
• Strong high-end hospitality experience in mixed-use schemes.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
• Deep construction and consultancy expertise.
• Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
