We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professionals to manage end-to-end processing of insurance policies in our Non-Motor (General) division.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Policy Administration: Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies, including quotations, issuance of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
• Renewal Management: Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion and maintain high client retention rates.
• Compliance & Coverage Review: Review policy الشروط والأحكام to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to الشركة and regulatory requirements.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions, update changes in risk, and process renewals efficiently.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products to clients. Provide technical knowledge to help with close renewals on insurance products. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling other insurance products based on client needs.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios. Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• New Business Handling: Support acquisition and processing of new business policies as required.

This role requires both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, ensuring clients receive appropriate insurance products while managing the entire policy lifecycle.
