ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its advanced ENT, head and neck, and surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon to join its growing clinical team.

This role is designed for internationally trained ENT specialists seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the opportunity to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who combine advanced surgical expertise, patient‑centred care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and commitment to international healthcare standards.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside surgeons, physicians, audiologists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced operating theatres, diagnostic technology, and comprehensive ENT care facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of a wide range of ENT conditions.
  • Perform advanced ENT procedures including ear, nose, throat, and head and neck surgeries according to clinical privileges.
  • Manage patients with complex ENT disorders including sinus disease, hearing disorders, airway conditions, and head and neck pathology.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide appropriate pre‑operative and post‑operative care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiology, oncology, anaesthesia, audiology, and other specialties to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Provide expertise in emergency ENT cases including airway management, infections, trauma, and acute surgical conditions.
  • Participate in clinical governance activities, quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient safety programs.
  • Support teaching, mentoring, and knowledge‑sharing activities within the clinical team where required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • American Board Certification in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
  • UK CCT / FRCS (ENT)
  • European Board Certification in Otorhinolaryngology
  • Royal College Certification (كندا)
  • أسترالياn FRACS (ENT)
  • Arab Board Certification
  • MD / MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
