Seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to secure event clients, drive client acquisition, and maintain strong relationships in the Dubai events industry.

• Secure event clients, drive client acquisition, and maintain strong relationships in the Dubai events industry.
• Monitor event compliance, manage logistics, negotiate with vendors, and evaluate events while supporting team development and community engagement.
• Lead and scale exhibitions and events, build strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional experiences in the events industry.
• Handle administrative tasks, support scheduling and communication, and manage social media platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and develop specifications.

• Degree in a relevant field and relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in event management, hospitality management, or similar industries.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships.
