We are looking for an experienced and innovative Chef to join our growing food business and play a key role in developing exciting menus for our restaurant and cloud kitchen operations

What You ll Be Creating

• Healthy calorie-conscious meals
• High-protein and balanced meal-prep menus
• Gourmet burgers
• Premium sandwiches and wraps
• Mediterranean cuisine
• Mexican cuisine
• Seasonal specials and signature dishes
• Innovative sauces dressings and marinades

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new menu items
• Prepare high-quality food with consistency and excellent presentation
• Create healthy meals with accurate calorie and macronutrient calculations
• Standardise recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain food quality hygiene and HACCP standards
• Control food costs and minimise wastage
• Work closely with management to develop new food concepts and product lines
• Train junior kitchen staff where required

Requirements

• Minimum 4 - 6 years of professional culinary experience.
• Strong experience in healthy cooking and meal preparation.
• Excellent knowledge of gourmet burgers and artisan sandwiches.
• Experience in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine is essential.
• Ability to calculate calories and nutritional values for recipes.
• Strong understanding of portion control and food costing.
• Creative mindset with excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafs, or cloud kitchens.
