Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician located in Dubai. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems. Duties include ensuring all installations meet safety and operational standards, diagnosing and resolving issues with the systems, and providing exceptional customer service. The technician will also handle hazardous materials safely and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- CCTV, SMART LOCK , ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM Installation skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficient in Troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of handling Hazardous Materials
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
