To accelerate this expansion, they urgently require talented, ambitious Business Development professionals who can drive market entry, build client relationships, and generate significant revenue growth.
المنصب Overview:This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced BD professionals to join a scaling organization at a critical growth phase. You will be instrumental in establishing the الشركة's presence in the construction and contracting market, building a strong client pipeline, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and identify high-value business opportunities
Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with الشركة objectives
Prospecting, qualifying, and pursuing new client relationships
Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and business presentations
Negotiate contracts and close significant deals
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Manage client lifecycle from initial contact through contract execution
Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of business development experience in construction, contracting, or engineering sectors
Proven track record of success in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Oman, قطر)
Experience managing large-value contracts and complex B2B sales cycles
Demonstrated success building client networks and closing significant deals
