The Boutique & Event Manager plays a key role in bringing the brand to life across physical touchpoints. Sitting within the Global Brand Marketing team and reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, this role is responsible for elevating the in-store experience and orchestrating impactful brand events globally.

At the crossroads of retail excellence and experiential marketing, the Boutique & Event Manager ensures that every boutique opening, every in-store activation and every event reflect the brand’s identity, storytelling, and standards of luxury.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and implement global boutique guidelines to ensure consistency across all markets (visual merchandising, client journey, retail experiences and animations).
  • Collaborate with regional teams to elevate in-store experiences and adapt concepts to local market needs.
  • Monitor boutique performance and client experience, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Partner with Retail and Training teams to ensure seamless execution of brand standards.
  • Develop and execute a global event strategy aligned with brand launches, key moments, and commercial priorities.
  • Conceptualize and deliver high-impact in-store events (boutique openings, product launches, press events, VIP experiences, retail animations).
  • Ensure each event embodies the brand’s universe, storytelling, and premium المنصبing.
  • Oversee end-to-end event management: concept, budgeting, planning, production, and post-event analysis.
  • Brand Experience & Storytelling
  • Translate brand narratives into immersive, memorable experiences across boutiques and events.
  • Ensure all activations are aligned with brand codes, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, content, PR, and digital teams to create 360 experiences.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Act as the key point of contact between global marketing, regional teams and retail teams.
  • Coordinate with external partners (event agencies, production vendors, venues) to deliver best-in-class executions.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Define KPIs for boutique activations and events (traffic, engagement, ROI, sell-out impact).
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Prepare post-event reports and share learnings across regions.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, event management, or experiential marketing, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry
  • Fluent in French, professional level of English required
  • Experience in working with regional teams and multicultural environments
  • Passion for the world of luxury perfumery, and a deep understanding of its aesthetic and commercial codes
  • Creative & strategic mindset: ability to translate brand DNA into impactful experiences aligned with business objectives
  • Luxury brand expertise: strong understanding of luxury codes and storytelling
  • Execution excellence: strong operational skills with high attention to detail
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management: ability to influence and work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Agility & proactivity: solution-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
