Summary

We are seeking a Bellboy to join our team and assist guests with their luggage and provide exceptional customer service during their stay at our establishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with to and from their rooms
• Provide information to guests about hotel facilities and services
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas
• Ensure the security of guests' belongings and personal items
• Assist in valet parking services when needed

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage
