PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Bellboy is responsible for providing courteous and efficient assistance to guests with their luggage and transportation needs. As one of the الأول points of guest contact, the Bellboy plays a key role in creating a positive الأول impression and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, delivery, and storage.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and provide information as required.
  • Assist with guest departures by collecting luggage and arranging transportation.
  • Provide support in calling taxis, arranging airport transfers, and handling guest deliveries.
  • Handle luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures, ensuring proper tagging and safekeeping.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Assist front office staff with guest services when required.
  • Uphold hotel service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
QUALIFICATION
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage
EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
SKILLS
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic preferred) is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude.
  • Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
