Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to support the Finance team with daily accounting tasks. This internship offers hands‑on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and data analysis in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger postings
  • Help prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
  • Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes
  • Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
  • Assist with audits and other compliance tasks
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and administrative support as needed
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior internship or coursework in accounting/finance
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial databases
