YOUR MISSIONAbout the Role

This person will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing day-to-day account operations, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating resources to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives. A strong understanding of influencer management (beyond social media and production) is a plus, distinguishing this role as pivotal in executing more comprehensive and engagement-driven strategies. Event planning and execution will also play a key role, requiring a candidate with experience in organizing and managing events that align with client goals and brand identity.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
  • Address client queries and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and discuss new opportunities.
Project Coordination and Execution
  • Oversee the execution of client projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, strategy, etc.) to develop and execute project plans that align with client goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or roadblocks and working proactively to address them.
Event Planning and Execution
  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and plan events that align with their brand identity and business objectives.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, talent management, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure seamless integration of influencer activations, content creation, and strategic messaging into events.
  • Oversee post-event activities, including data collection, performance analysis, and reporting to clients.
Strategy Support and Implementation
  • Assist in developing strategic plans for client accounts, contributing insights and recommendations that align with client objectives.
  • Support the Client Partner or MD in executing strategies to drive client success and achieve KPIs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the development of new proposals or pitches
Budget and Financial Management
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
  • Prepare budget estimates and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle, communicating any variances to the client and internal teams.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment collection.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Track project performance, gathering data on key metrics and using it to prepare reports for clients.
  • Analyze project outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Present results to clients, showcasing the value delivered and identifying new opportunities to optimize strategies.
Team Collaboration and Communication
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward shared goals.
  • Organize and lead internal project meetings, providing clear briefs, timelines, and updates.
  • Foster open and effective communication with all team members, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or project management, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships, delivering successful projects, and planning/executing events.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
