Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers engineers designers subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work
• Allocate manpower and materials efficiently to meet project schedules
• Ensure all work complies with quality standards and project requirements
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management
• Verify site measurements before production and installation
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate inspections snagging and handover activities
• Manage material deliveries and site inventory
• Attend client and consultant meetings when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum strong 2 years of UAE experience strong in interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Experience in residential villas apartments offices and commercial fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery gypsum painting flooring ceiling marble glass MEP coordination and finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Professional attitude and strong client communication skills
• Immediate joiners are preferred
