Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for all assigned retail banking products.
• Focus on New-to-Bank acquisition while leveraging existing client relationships for cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct detailed financial and risk analysis of customer profiles before onboarding.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions including credit cards, loans, deposits, and wealth management products.
• Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular performance updates to the team leader and asset manager.
• Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and identify market opportunities.

Customer Experience

• Deliver an outstanding client onboarding experience by ensuring full product and policy knowledge.
• Maintain transparency and integrity in all sales interactions to avoid mis-selling.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating cases when necessary.
• Ensure customers receive accurate and clear communication regarding products and services.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Strictly adhere to FAB s KYC, compliance, and operational policies.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or PGDM preferred).
• 3 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in retail or business banking sales.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent understanding of banking products, risk assessment, and customer acquisition processes.
