Pre‑sales engineer responsible for providing technical support and solutions to sales teams and clients for electrical systems in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of LV panels, control gear, power distribution systems, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with ATEX‑certified explosion‑proof products and international standards such as IECEx, IEC 60079, and IEC 61439.
• Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and single‑line diagrams.
• Assist in product selection, sizing, and custom configurations based on project requirements.
• Support electric‑vehicle charging systems (AC/DC) – wiring schemes and load distribution.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical clarifications to consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Understand authority approval requirements (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SASO, SEC).
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, datasheets, and product manuals.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and site visits with clients.
• Excellent communication, client coordination, and documentation skills.
• Previous experience with Italian or European electrical brands (e.g., SCAME, Legrand, Schneider) is an advantage.
