Our client is a software development and digital solutions الشركة serving clients across the FinTech, Gaming, and Marketing sectors. The الشركة has successfully delivered 20+ innovative products across 5 international markets, including البرازيل, Armenia, المملكة العربية السعودية, and the UAE.

As the finance team grows alongside the business, they're looking for an AP Accountant to keep vendor payments accurate and on time, support the month-end close, and help maintain the financial integrity behind a fast-moving, multi-market operation.

⟢ Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify vendor payment requests for policy compliance, keeping response times on track for every requesting department.
  • Process T&E and other expense claims accurately, catching errors before they go through.
  • Own vendor master data and follow up on outstanding balances with designated suppliers.
  • Post journal entries and keep the books current, making sure accruals and estimates land in the right period.
  • Reconcile outstanding balances and bank statements against financial records.
  • Put together month-end schedules and support the close process end to end.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Prepare and file tax returns on time, and stay current on changes in local tax regulations.
  • Keep accounting practices aligned with statutory tax rules, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Act as the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities when needed.
  • Flag cost-saving opportunities and support budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and build strong working relationships across teams.

⟢ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience as an AP Accountant or GA Accountant.
  • Solid understanding of tech-industry expense structures, including T&E accounting.
  • Comfortable working in ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle or SAP, plus Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and adapt as priorities shift.
  • Trustworthy with confidential financial information.
  • Able to stay effective under pressure and tight deadlines.
