Job DescriptionOverviewAtkinsRealis are currently looking for experienced MEP Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.Your role

• Preparation of cost plans, estimates, BOQs.
• Measurement, take-offs based on standard method of measurements.
• Collaborate with design team for cost studies, value engineering etc.
• Preparation of Tender documentation.
• Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs.
• Interim valuations and payment certificates.
• Assisting in variations analysis, recommendations and management.
• Assisting in risk and value management and cost control functions.
• Assisting in costs analysis project work.
• Assisting in preparation of progress/ cost reports.

About you

• Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract MEP cost management services.
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical component parts of a project and overall construction costs.
• Must have Mixed-use development and Infrastructure experiences.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised University.
• Min 3 to 7 years' experience in the Middle East.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
