• Lead IT strategy across HQ and industrial operations
• Own infrastructure, security, and digital transformation

A diversified regional group operating across corporate and industrial environments. The organization is committed to operational excellence, security, and long‑term growth through technology.

• Manage group‑wide IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and business continuity across sites.
• Lead IT support, SLAs, user training, and cybersecurity awareness.
• Oversee vendors, licensing, contracts, and annual IT budgets.
• Drive IT roadmap and digital transformation initiatives aligned to growth.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years' IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of networks, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, CISSP) are beneficial.

• A strategic role with visibility at senior leadership level.
