Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Site Engineer for our client in the luxury building materials sector headquartered in Dubai. The role involves executing and monitoring site installation works to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The candidate will prepare technical documentation, coordinate quality inspections and support installation planning while maintaining clear communication with consultants, clients and the Project Manager.

• Prepare shop drawings for installation based on project requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and generate accurate as‑built drawings upon project completion.
• Submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) to consultants/clients for approval before critical activities.
• Assist in installation planning and material coordination.
• Monitor on‑site works for quality alignment and finishing against approved samples/specifications.
• Document and report installation progress, site issues, and QC observations to the Project Manager.
• Conduct daily/weekly site inspections and prepare QA/QC reports.
• Verify site measurements for fabrication and compliance.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.

• Experience in site installation supervision and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in preparing shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and inspection reports.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure measurement accuracy and quality compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction standards.
