Travel Supervisor

Supervise the team and ensure resources are all in place for operational effectiveness.

• Create a team rota to co-ordinate operational activities effectively across the team.
• Deal with VIP/complex clients or escalated internal and external issues, crisis management to ensure all queries are handled as efficiently as possible.
• Motivate and coach the team to ensure high employee engagement levels.
• Train and upskill new/ junior consultants to ensure all resources are aware of processes.
• Assist Corporate Manager in budgeting for the department to ensure operational strategies and objectives achieved.
• Assist Corporate Manager in implementing business plan and ensure the team understands its values and required areas of developments.
• Provide to line manager regular revenue/booking pipeline reports.
• Minimize GDS wastage through regular queue checks so not to have financial loss.
• Review team performance based on clients on monthly basis.
• Negotiate discounted rates with airlines when needed.
• work after office hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Supervisor in travel agency in Dubai: 3 years (Required)
• IATA travel agency: 5 years (Required)
