Trade Development Manager and Buyer Sourcing Manager

Position: Buyer Sourcing & Trade Development Manager (Please note this is not a Procurement or Purchase role)

Location: UAE/Gulf Region

Industry: FMCG, Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Furniture & General Trade

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and onboard potential Importers, wholesalers and distributers across the UAE and Gulf

region for various product categories.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key buyers in sectors like FMCG, Textile,

Pharmaceuticals, chemicals and furniture.

 Conduct market research and analysis to identify demand trends and expansion opportunities.

 Collaborate with exporters and manufacturers to align product offerings with market needs.

 Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and B2B meetings to connect with potential buyers.

 Negotiate and finalize bulk purchase agreements while ensuring smooth logistics and supplychain

management.

 Keep track of import regulations and compliance for different product categories in the region.

Candidate Profile:

 Experience in International trade and buyer sourcing, or B2B sales in the Gulf market.

 Strong network of Importers, wholesalers and distributers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman,

Bahrain, and Kuwait.

 Expertise in sourcing across multiple industries like FMCG, Textile, Pharmaceuticals, chemicals

and furniture.

 Knowledge of customs regulations, pricing strategies, and logistics in GCC.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
