Telecaller

  • Achieve Assigned Sales Target: Meet or exceed the sales goals set within the given timeframe.
  • Answering Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Providing Information: Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolving Issues: Address customer complaints, troubleshooting problems, and provide solutions.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Accurately update customer details in the system.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups on pending queries and unresolved issues.
  • Handling Complaints: Listen actively, empathize, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieve call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Using Call Scripts: Follow predefined scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services.
  • Collecting Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Adhere to company policies, call etiquette, and data protection guidelines.
  • Coordinating with Teams: Work with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
