Senior Social Media Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (Full-time, On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Manager to elevate Sellavis presence in the UAE. In this role, youll take ownership of our social media channels, spot emerging trends, and work closely with our design team to produce impactful content. You will also create user-generated content (UGC) videos in English to engage our audience and boost brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the UAE market.

• Monitor industry trends and adapt campaigns to stay ahead of the curve.

• Work alongside designers to create engaging content (no design skills required).

• Create compelling UGC videos in English and Arabic to connect with our audience.

• Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and maximize engagement.

• Ensure all content aligns with Sellavis brand voice, values, and objectives.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.

• Fluent English is required; Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus.

• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through social media.

• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Our Selection Process

(Only candidates with significant social media experience will be considered). 2) Interview - Shortlisted candidates will have a brief interview to discuss their experience and vision. 3) Creative Task - Youll complete a small assignment to demonstrate your creativity and brand alignment.
