Sales Telecaller

We are looking for an experienced Sales Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel bookings, food & beverage packages, and event/meeting space inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality sales and is motivated by targets and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell hotel rooms, F&B packages, and event spaces over the phone
• Call prospective clients and follow up on leads for events, meetings, and group bookings
• Maintain client relationships and provide information on services, pricing, and availability
• Understand guest requirements and offer suitable packages
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the IDs
• Work closely with the on-ground sales and banquet/events team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality sales, telecalling, or telesales preferred
• Strong communication skills in English languages
• Knowledge of hospitality services (rooms, banquets, F&B packages)
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn incentives
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with IDS software
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
