Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and goal-driven Sales Executive to join the team of one of our prestigious clients in the UAE, specializing in Construction and Building Materials. The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, professional communication skills, and a passion for developing strong client relationships across the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector (contractors, builders, consultants, etc.).
• Conduct client meetings, project site visits, and product presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable construction chemical solutions (Waterproofing, Tile Adhesives, Repair Materials, etc.).
• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals effectively.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain updated sales records, customer databases, and regular reporting to the management team.
• Coordinate with the internal operations and technical teams for smooth execution of orders.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to represent the company professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• UAE Valid Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and client-facing attitude.
• Familiarity with the construction or building material sector will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
